These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made on luvelry.com. Luvelry is the brand name of PACIFICBLUE LIMITED. By placing an order, you agree to these Payment Terms together with our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your device and location. We do not accept cash, checks or bank transfers.
2. Currency and Prices
All prices on luvelry.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may convert the amount and may charge a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank, not by Luvelry.
Prices include the cost of personalization. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99 USD per order, as described in our Shipping Policy. Any applicable sales taxes, VAT/GST or import fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Because every item is made to order especially for you, production begins shortly after your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been accepted.
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. Payment information is encrypted during transmission using SSL technology. Luvelry does not store your full card details on its servers.
5. Order Verification and Declined Payments
To protect our customers against fraud, some orders may be reviewed before processing. We may contact you to verify your order details, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified. In that case, any amount charged will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank, then try again or use a different payment method.
6. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions are valid only for the period stated in the offer.
7. Pricing Errors
We do our best to make sure all prices on our website are accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid. We will contact you by email if this happens.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If your order has not been produced or shipped yet, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact us at support@luvelry.com as soon as possible.
Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. 9. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes
If you notice an unexpected charge or have a question about a payment, please contact us first at support@luvelry.com with your order number. We usually respond within 12 hours and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, often faster than a bank dispute.
